Originally from Münster in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, I have lived, studied and worked in the UK since 2003.
I have over fifteen years of international management leadership experience in sales, communications, commercial operations, business and product development across a number of international organizations.
My expertise lies in successfully creating and implementing global sales processes, coaching and developing employees, and managing business development efforts to realize revenue increases.
I joined CABI in 2018 as Sales Director, Publishing. I am currently CABI’s Commercial Director, leading the publishing sales and strategic partnerships teams.
Prior to joining CABI I was Sales and Marketing Director at F1000, a pioneer in open access publishing, with responsibility for sales, marketing and communications.
